 COOKING TIP…
To jazz up a simple bowl of steamed carrots, add a tablespoon of orange marmalade to the bowl and stir. (Microwave a minute if needed to melt the marmalade).

Beauty Tip of the Week…
Beer, Body and Bounce Shampoo - Your hair will have body, bounce and shine. (don't drink it!) 
  • 1 cup of inexpensive beer (flat or fresh)
  • 1 cup of basic shampoo 

Heat beer in saucepan, medium heat, boil until beer is reduced to 1/4 cup. Pour into squeeze bottle. Shampoo and rinse well. (Once hair is dry you will not smell like a brewery.) Hair rinse with cider vinegar for fly-away hair.
